Will Decody is a fictional taxidermist and a minor recurring character featured in the A&E television series Bates Motel. Played by actor Ian Hart, he was introduced in the fourth episode of season one, "Trust Me". In season three, the role of Will Decody was recast with Andrew Howard.

Will Decody is a middle-aged taxidermist who lives in White Pine Bay, Oregon. He is the divorced father of teenager Emma Decody. Will met Emma's friend, Norman Bates, and took him on as his assistant at his shop. Together, they stuffed the remains of a recently deceased dog named Juno.
