Will Cowan was a film producer, associate producer, director and writer. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland on January 20th, 1911. Will's career was chiefly during the 1940s and 1950s where he co-produced hundreds of films and film shorts, most of which were of the Western genre. His first work on a horror feature was in 1944 when he was an associate producer on Reginald Le Borg's Jungle Woman. Will also worked on Dead Man's Eyes that same year and on The Frozen Ghost in 1945. In 1958, Will was a producer on The Thing That Couldn't Die, which was his last film work. Will Cowan passed away in Los Angeles, California on January 4th, 1994 at the age of 82.
