The Wellington Police District is a law-enforcement agency based out of and serving the city of Wellington in New Zealand. They are a city adjunct of the New Zealand Police. By the late 2010s, reports of various unexplained activity was on the rise, prompting nighttime staff sergeant Ruawai Maaka to created the Wellington Paranormal Unit - a top secret specialty department dedicated to answering and resolving cases of paranormal phenomena. Maaka put his two best uniformed officers in charge of field work, Officer Minogue and Officer O'Leary. Although their activities were considered top secret, they documented their exploits via a video camera crew. [1]
