Wayward Pines is an American live-action television series of the mystery and science fiction genres. It is based on a series of novels written by Blake Crouch. The series was developed for television by Chad Hodge and produced by M. Night Shyamalan. The show aired on the FOX Network and ran for two seasons from May 14th, 2015 to July 27th, 2016, spanning a total of twenty episodes with ten episode seasonal arcs. In 2018, it was decided that FOX would discontinue the series.
