Wayne Bailey is a fictional serial killer, detective and character in the Scream franchise. He was introduced in the 2023 film Scream VI and was played by actor Dermot Mulroney.
Wayne is a police detective operating in New York who is heading the recent Ghostface murders in New York where the masks of previous Ghostface killers are being left at each crime scene though he is revealed in the film's climax to be one of three Ghostface killers, along with his children Ethan and Quinn, who are attempting to seek revenge on Samantha Carpenter for the death of his eldest child, Richie Kirsch.

- Wayne shares similar motives to that of Debbie Salt, one of the two Ghostfaces of Scream 2 as they are both mentally deranged parents attempting to get revenge of the ones responsible for the death of their children (Richie Kirsch and Billy Loomis) respectively.
