"East" is the fifteenth episode of season six of the zombie survival horror television series The Walking Dead, and the eighty-second episode of the series overall. It was directed by Michael E. Satrazemis with a script written by Scott M. Gimple and Channing Powell. It first aired on AMC on Sunday, March 27th, 2016 at 9:00 pm. In the episode, Rick Grimes and Morgan Jones set off to find the missing Carol Peletier who fled Alexandria the previous night while Daryl Dixon sets off on a one-man mission to deliver much needed payback to Dwight and the Saviors for Denise's death.
