  • The movie was shot in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Trinity College and Trent University in Port Hope and Peterborough (respectively) doubled as Pendleton University for the film.
  • Screenwriter Silvio Horta makes a cameo appearance as a college student in this film. This is Horta's first work in the horror genre. He is also known for creating the sci-fi series Jake 2.0 and was a showrunner on the dramedy series Ugly Betty.
