Twisted Twins is a public service announcement film short in support of donating blood for the February, 2012 Women in Horror Blood Drive. The short was written, directed by and stars Jen Soska and Sylvia Soska. The film also features Tristan Risk as a dominatrix nurse with Paul Anthony and John Emmet Tracy as the ever-so agreeable (not) blood-donors. The PSA short premiered on February 29th, 2012.

Plot[edit | edit source]

Identical twin film directors Jen Soska and Sylvia Soska enter a room where a woman dressed as a dominatrix has two men bound and gagged to a chair. They begin speaking to the audience about the Annual Women in Horror Blood Drive. Sylvia Soska then stabs her victim repeatedly through the stomach with a knife. As Sylvia speaks about the history of blood donors from the Greatest Generation, Jen begins stabbing at her victim. Sylvia continues stabbing her victim, collecting the blood into a bucket.

When they are done, they step forward, stating how a single donation of blood can save three lives. Sylvia then draws a handgun and shoots both of the men. Blood splatters upon the dominatrix who says "Blood. It's in you to give".
