"Demons in the Mind!" is the title to the fifty-second issue of the first Tomb of Dracula ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Marv Wolfman with artwork by Gene Colan and inks by Tom Palmer. It was colored by Michele Wolfman & Marie Severin and lettered by John Costanza & Denise Wohl. Notes & Trivia

Dracula was created by Irish author Bram Stoker. He is the titular antagonist of Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula, which was inspired by an actual Wallachian nobleman known as Vlad II, aka Vlad the Impaler. The character has since been imagined as a powerful vampire count in various forms of media and has been played by many notable actors such as Bela Lugosi, Christopher Lee, Frank Langella, Gary Oldman, and even Leslie Nielsen. "TOD 52" serves as a shortcut to this page. This issue carries the approval stamp of the Comics Code Authority. This issue is UPC barcode number 0714860214301. The cover of this issue carries the badge of "Comicdom's Number 1 Fear Magazine". John Costanza is the letterer on pages 1-5 while Denise Wohl is the letterer on pages 6-18. This issue is reprinted in black and white in Essential Tomb of Dracula, Volume 3, published in November, 2004 and in full color in Tomb of Dracula Omnibus, Volume 2 in December, 2009. It is also reprinted in the Tomb of Dracula: The Complete Collection, Volume 4 from December, 2021 and four pages from this story are reprinted in the Blade: The Early Years Omnibus, Volume 1, released on November 15th, 2023. In this issue, Safron is incorrectly identified as Safron DeVille. Her actual name is Safron Caulder. This is the first full appearance of the Golden Angel. Dracula reflects upon past near encounters with this entity in this issue.
