Timothy Gordon substituted as Barnabas Collins' hand in a cameo first appearance in episode 210 in 1967. All remaining appearances of the character were played by Canadian actor Jonathan Frid. However, Gordon's first work on the series was a year earlier when he played a customer at the Bangor Pine Hotel in episode 24 in 1966.
