Tim, last name unknown, was a police officer for the Boston police department. He and officer James Bishop went to the Suffolk County Hospital in 2011 to question staff about a missing nurse named Rebecca Flynt. Tim interviewed Aidan Waite and insinuated that his relationship with Rebecca was more than just a working one. When his questions became more pointed, Bishop intervened. Bishop was a vampire and was fully aware that Aidan (also a vampire) had accidentally killed Rebecca. He turned towards Officer Tim and used his vampire mesmerism to convince him that Aidan had nothing to do with the young woman's disappearance.
