Tenebrae was released on Blu-ray Synapse Films on September 13th, 2016. It was released in 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray on September 26th, 2023. A 4K Ultra special edition, which includes two cuts of the film, was released by Synapse on August 2nd, 2022. Only 6,000 copies of this version were released. This is the 40th Anniversary of the release of the film. Includes new artwork, a collector's booklet, a fold-out poster and lobby cards.
