"Wolf's Bane" is the ninth episode of season one of the teen horror series Teen Wolf. It was directed by Tim Andrew and written by Jonathon Roessler. It first aired on MTV on Monday, July 25th, 2011. In this episode, Jackson Whittemore continues to exhibit side effects of the scratch he received outside the video store. His senses are heightened and he has bizarre dreams. He begins to piece together that Scott McCall is a werewolf. Derek Hale finds himself confronting the alpha werewolf, who is his own uncle, Peter Hale.
