The Stitch were bizarre humanoids adorned in torn robes. They were so-named due to the fact that their eyes and mouths were completely stitched together. The Stitched were seen in Afghanistan where they had attacked a Taliban camp. Using a variety of weapons including chains, rocks, and a sickle, they massacred the Taliban members, eviscerating them, ripping out entrails - sometimes through their mouths, and even removing the hearts of their victims. The Stitched encountered an International Security Assistance Force detachment called Bravo One-Five, as well as an ISAF extraction unit dubbed Blackhawk Idaho Six. (Stitched 1)
