The Stackhouse family are a fictional family featured in the "Southern Vampire Mysteries" series of novels by author Charlaine Harris. They are also presented in the HBO television series True Blood, which is an adaptation of the book series. The point-of-view character from both the novels and the TV show is Sookie Stackhouse, who has several family members that are both seen and/or referenced in the series. The Stackhouse family is comprised of both Humans and Fairy halflings.
