Stacey Giachino is a science fiction and horror film screenplay writer, producer, associate producer and production manager. She co-wrote the script for the 1982 slasher film The Dorm That Dripped Blood along with Stephen Carpenter and Jeffrey Obrow. She worked with Carpenter and Obrow again on 1984's The Power as an associate producer. She was a co-producer and production manager on the 1987 movie The Kindred, which was also helmed by Carpenter and Obrow.
