Silas Larch is a fictional minor character featured in the daytime Gothic soap opera Dark Shadows, which ran on ABC from 1966-1971. Along with Miles Pardoe, Silas Larch was referenced only, and did not appear in any of of the episodes. As such, no actors actually portrayed these two men. They were represented by two headstones that were briefly seen in episode episode 1109, which aired on September 24th, 1970.

Almost next to nothing is known about Miles Pardoe and Silas Larch, save that they lived in the town of Collinsport, Maine during the early 19th century. Both of them died in the year 1840, though the circumstances surrounding their deaths remain unknown. They were buried with small gravestones in a cemetery just outside one of the larger, established graveyards, possibly Eagle Hill Cemetery.

In 1970, the ghost of a man named Gerard Stiles took action against his enemy, Quentin Collins, by burying him in an unmarked grave next to the graves occupied by Pardoe and Larch. (DS: 1109)
