Satanic Panic is an American independent feature film of the psychological cult thriller subgenres of horror. It was directed by Marc Selz with a screenplay written by Selz and Karl Sundstrom. It was produced by Marc Selz Productions and premiered direct-to-video in 2009. Inspired by the "Satanic Panic" mania of the 1970s and 1980s, the film tells the tale of six friends who become the targets of an evil cult in the fictional town of Thornwood - a cult responsible for abducing ten-year old twins Toby and Cindy Richards twenty-five years earlier. Cindy had managed to escape, but Toby was never found.
