Sky Rumson is a fictional cult member and a secondary antagonist featured on the original Gothic soap opera Dark Shadows. He was played by actor Geoffrey Scott in the series and first appeared in episode 923 in January, 1970. He made thirteen appearances in the series in total. Sky Rumson is associated with the "The Leviathan Cult" storyline.
Sky Rumson was romantically involved with the resurrected Angelique in the modern era. He became a pawn of Nicholas Blair and was a loyal servant of the Leviathan Cult. To avenge Nicholas' death at the hands of Jeb Hawkes, Sky attacked Jeb's wife, Carolyn Stoddard at the peak of Widows' Hill. Jeb came to Carolyn's aid, and briefly grappled with Sky, who pushed him off the cliff to his death.
Barnabas Collins shared no sympathy for Jeb Hawkes, but was angered by how his death had affected Carolyn. Once Carolyn revealed that Sky had murdered her husband, Barnabas went out to Bruno's place, where Sky had been staying and threatened him. Sky tried to defend himself with a pistol, but as Barnabas was a vampire, the shots proved completely ineffective. Barnabas grabbed Sky's arm, forcing him to turn the pistol on himself, whereupon he was shot in the chest and killed. Sky's death was ruled a suicide.
