Renfield is an American feature film of the comedy and vampire fiction genres. It was directed by Chris McKay with a screenplay written by Ryan Ridley based on an original idea by Robert Kirkman. It was produced by Universal Pictures and Kirkman's Skybound Entertainment. It was first screened at the Overlook Film Festival in the United States on March 30th, 2023. It opened to wide theatrical release in the U.S. on Friday, April 14th, 2023. The film stars Nicholas Hoult as the eponymous R.M. Renfield with Nicolas Cage as the vampire count known as Dracula, and Awkwafina as love interest Rebecca.

- Dracula was created by Irish author Bram Stoker. He is the titular antagonist of Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula, which was inspired by an actual Wallachian nobleman known as Vlad II, aka Vlad the Impaler. The character has since been imagined as a powerful vampire count in various forms of media and has been played by many notable actors such as Bela Lugosi, Christopher Lee, Frank Langella, Gary Oldman, and even Leslie Nielsen.
- The tagline to this film is "Stop serving. Start living". Another tagline is "Sucks to be him".
- One of the shooting locations for Renfield was New Orleans, Louisiana. Often referred to as the "vampire mecca of the world", New Orleans became synonymous with vampires following the popularity of Anne Rice's 1976 novel Interview with the Vampire.
