- The title of this episode is taken from a phrase often used by teenagers in high school or college party environments, referring to one who needs to vomit. It may also be applied in an informal manner to those who suffer from Bulimia, which is an eating disorder that involves voluntary vomiting. "Purging disorder" is a similar eating disorder, though it differs from Bulimia.
