Psycho a Go-Go was a 1965 science fiction directed by Al Adamson. Like most of Adamson's work, Psycho a Go-Go was a comedy exploitation film made on an extremely low budget and initially given an X rating. It was produced by Tal Productions.

- Psycho a Go-Go was packaged with Rawhide Terror and released on DVD on March 3rd, 2004 by Troma Entertainment.
- In 1966, additional footage from Psycho a Go-Go involving the mad scientist was added and the film was re-released as The Fiend with the Electronic Brain. Other scenes were recycled and inserted into the 1972 film Blood of Ghastly Horror.
