Prom Night is an American horror film of the slasher subgenre and is a remake of the 1980 film Prom Night. It was directed by Nelson McCormick and produced by Screen Gems and distributed by Sony Pictures Entertainment. Prom Night was released theatrically in the United States on April 11th, 2008. It stars Brittany Snow, Scott Porter, Jessica Stroup, Dana Davis, Collins Pennie and James Ransone.
