Phoebe Tonkin is an Australian television actress born in Sydney, New South Wales on July 12th, 1989. She played the role of Faye Chamberlain on the 2011 CW Network television series The Secret Circle. Following the cancellation of that series, Phoebe went on to land another starring role on a CW supernatural series, The Originals, where she played the role of Hayley Marshall.
