Philip Blake, better known by his nickname "The Governor", is a fictional zombie apocalypse survivor featured in The Walking Dead multimedia franchise. He appeared on the AMC survival horror series The Walking Dead where he was played by actor David Morrissey. The Governor is the psychopatic leader of a group in Woodbury and serves as the main antagonist of season three and the main antagonist of the first half of season four.

- Philip appears as a hallucination to a dying Tyreese Williams in the Season 5 episode "What Happened and What's Going On". Philip and Terminus member Martin taunt Tyreese on his past actions due to his morality hindering him from doing what is necessary while the other survivors he hallucinates (Beth Greene, Bob Stookey, Lizzie and Mika Samuels) comfort him and assure him that all of his actions were the right thing to do.
