Peter Vincent is a fictional horror film festival host who became a fearless vampire hunter. He is one of the main characters from the Fright Night film series and first appeared in the original 1985 Fright Night feature film where he was played by actor Roddy McDowall. McDowall reprised the role of Peter Vincent for the film's less-than-stellar sequel, Fright Night Part II. Like most classic horror movies, Fright Night received a reboot in 2011. This time, the character of Peter Vincent was more akin to a Criss Angel stage magician and was played by actor David Tennant. Sean Power played Peter Vincent in yet another remake, Fright Night 2: New Blood, which was released in 2011.
