Penelope "Penny" Halliwell, or "Grams", was a supporting character featured on the WB Network television series Charmed. Played primarily by actress Jennifer Rhodes, she was introduced in the season one episode "Is There a Woogy in the House?". She appeared in fourteen episodes of the series in total. Penny Halliwell died in her sixth appearance, the season three episode, "PreWitched", but made eight more appearances between 2001 and 2006 in either flashback episodes or as a spirit.
