Paul Serone is a fictional wildlife hunter and a key antagonist featured in the 1997 adventure thriller and predatory horror film Anaconda. Played by actor Jon Voight, he was ambitiously tracking a giant anaconda across the Amazon River, and found himself in a position to commandeer a boat being used by an American film crew. Needless to say, nice guys finish last, and a-holes finish even laster. Serone found his giant anaconda all right, but things didn't quite go for him in the manner in which he had hoped.
