The Night Breed were created by British author, screenwriter and director Clive Barker . They were the central protagonists featured in Barker's 1988 novella, Cabal 1990 screen adaptation, Nightbreed Night Breed Marvel Comics & Epic , as well as the Nightbreed Boom! Studios in 2014 .
