Neil Gordon is a fictional psychiatrist and a supporting character in the A Nightmare on Elm Street film series. Played by actor Craig Wasson, he appeared in the third installment in the series, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors.

Neil Gordon was a psychiatrist who worked at the Westin Hills Psychiatric Hospital near Springwood, Ohio. In 1987, he administered care to a group of patients who all suffered similar symptoms such as night terrors and suicidal tendencies. With the help of a newly hired specialist named Nancy Thompson, Neil discovered that these patients were being haunted by a demonic entity that tormented them in their dreams named Freddy Krueger.
