The Mystic Grill is a fictional business featured in the CW Network television series The Vampire Diaries. It first appeared in the pilot episode of the show.
The Mystic Grill is an eatery located in the town of Mystic Falls, Virginia. Serving as both a bar and restaurant, it is a popular hang-out for the town's youth, who tend to congregate there after school. One of the staff members was a waitress named Vicki Donovan, who had been romantically involved with two students from Mystic Falls High School - Jeremy Gilbert and Tyler Lockwood. Vicki's tryst with Jeremy had more to do with getting drugs from him and she tried to keep knowledge of their affair a secret. However, people tend to talk, and Vicki has had a few uncomfortable conversations with Jeremy on the matter during working hours. (VD: Pilot)
Other frequent patrons of the Mystic Grill include Elena Gilbert and her friends, Bonnie Bennett and Caroline Forbes. Together they would engage in local gossip and talk about boys from their school - most notably, the mysterious new transfer student Stefan Salvatore.
