"Hot Rod Herman" is the thirty-sixth episode of season one of The Munsters and was directed by Norman Abbott. It first aired on CBS on May 27th, 1965. In the episode, Herman loses the Munsters' Koach to a drag racer named "Leadfoot" Baylor. Grandpa creates a new dragster, the "Drag-u-la" to help Herman win the family car back.
