"Cyrano De Munster" is the twenty-third episode of season two of The Munsters and was directed by Joseph Pevney. It first aired on CBS on February 24th, 1966. In the episode, one of Herman's co-workers, Clyde, wants to court a woman that he likes and convinces Herman to write beautiful poetry in the hopes of wooing her. When Lily finds some of Herman's poems however, she begins to grow suspicious.
