Monster Brawl is a Canadian independent feature film of the horror and comedy genres. It was written and directed by Jesse Thomas Cook based on a story treatment written by Cook and Jason David Brown. It was produced by Foresight Features, Optix Digital Pictures, and Eggplant Picture & Sound. It premiered at the Fantasia International Film Festival on July 23rd, 2011.
Plot[]
What if we lived in a world where monsters were wrestlers? Why not? They seem to mash it up in their own crossover ventures anyway, so why not pit them against one another in the Square Circle. And what better place to stage a wrestling match than in a ring that is set up in a cursed cemetery.
Eight hideous ghouls compete against one another to see who is the best including the Mummy, the Werewolf, Lady Vampire, Swamp Gut, the Cyclops, Frankenstein, Zombie Man and Witch Bitch.
