Overview[edit | edit source]

Mikey Bellefleur is the infant son of Arlene Fowler and her former fianceé, René Lenier. However, René was killed by Sookie Stackhouse and Sam Merlotte shortly after Mikey was conceived and as such, has never met him. René's ghost however is aware of Mikey's existence. Mikey's legal father is Arlene's husband, Terry Bellefleur. For a time, Terry believed that Mikey was his until Arlene eventually told him the truth and that she had conceived Mikey while she was still with René.
