Marvel Spotlight was an ongoing American comic book series published by Marvel Comics from November, 1971 to April, 1977. The series was an anthology try-out title, introducing brand new characters, many of whom went on to spotlight their own ongoing comic titles. Notable horror characters introduced in the pages of Marvel Spotlight include Jack Russell of Werewolf by Night fame, Johnny Blaze, aka, the Ghost Rider, the Son of Satan, and the Scarecrow (not to be confused with the DC Comics Batman villain of the same name).

Notes & Trivia
- Was succeeded by Marvel Spotlight, Volume 2, which was published from July, 1979 to March, 1981. That series however, focused strictly on sci-fi/superhero fare.
