Kolchak: Tales of the Night Stalker is an American ongoing comic book series of the mystery and horror/noir genres. It is based on the 1974 television series Kolchak: The Night Stalker, which aired on ABC. The series was published by Moonstone Books and ran for only seven issues from November 2003 to November 2005. Notable creators on the title include writer & editor Dave Ulanski, artist Chris Marrinan, inker Keith Williams, colorists Ken Wolak and Dawn Groszewki and letterer Bill Halliar. The series follows the adventures of intrepid investigative reporter Carl Kolchak who, despite his best efforts, always finds himself smack dab in the middle of some bizarre supernatural hijinks.
