Kaley Christine Cuoco is an American film and television actress. She was born in Camarillo, California on November 30th, 1985. In the realm of supernatural fiction, Kaley is best known for playing the role of witch Billie Jenkins in season eight of the fantasy series Charmed. She is more widely known however for her portrayal of Bridget Hennessy on 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter and Penny on The Big Bang Theory.
