Joshua Leonard is an American film actor born in Houston, Texas on June 17th, 1975. He is best known for his first work in the horror film genre, The Blair Witch Project, in which he played one of three central figures, an amateur cameraman named Josh. In 2006 Josh played a small role in the cult slasher film Hatchet as a young man named Ainsley, who becomes an early victim of savage swamp monster Victor Crowley. In 2008, Joshua appeared in the remake of Prom Night where he had a bit role as a bellhop.
