Johnny is a fictional zombie apocalypse survivor and a recurring character featured in The Walking Dead comic book series by Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment. He first appeared in The Walking Dead #95 in March, 2012, which was the third chapter in the "A Larger World" storyline.
Biography[]
Johnny was an African American male who was a teenager during the early years of the zombie apocalypse. He was the son of Brianna and resided at the Hilltop Colony.
During the Whisperer War, the Whisperers attacked Hilltop Colony and set fire to Barrington House. Brianna was rendered unconscious due to smoke inhalation and Johnny pleaded with Carl Grimes to get her to safety. After Carl collapsed, Johnny carried his mother outside the building, leaving Carl behind, which is kind of a dick move. [1]
