Jedidiah "Jed" Sawyer, also known as Leatherface, is a fictional serial killer and a central character featured in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre film franchise. Firt portrayed by Gunnar Hansen in the original 1974 classic, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, this version of the character was first portrayed by Dan Yeager in the 2013 movie Texas Chainsaw, which is a quasi-sequel to the original movie, while ignoring the other sequels. A prequel iteration of the character was played by Sam Strike in the 2017 feature film Leatherface, with Boris Kabakchiev playing a younger version of the character. Following in this same continuity, actor Mark Burnham portrayed a version of the character in his sixties in the Netflix version of Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Sherwood, based on concepts originally developed by Tobe Hooper and Kim Henkel.
