James Parks is an American actor born on November 16th, 1968 in Ventura, California. He is the son of actor Michael Parks and is best known for playing Edgar McGraw, a character featured in several A Band Apart productions. Ironically, Edgar McGraw is the son of Earl McGraw, who is played by Parks' father. James Parks' acting credits also include episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and True Blood.
