Biography[]

Jacob Weisenthal was a physician who lived in New York City, New York. He had a family practice in internal medicine and maintained an office brownstone on 19th street. He was friends with scientist Michael Morbius, who was a living vampire.

When Michael Morbius underwent a forced mutation, he went into a pain-filled rage of agony. He flew through the window of Doctor Weisenthal's home and collapsed onto the floor. Jacob administered care to Michael, who managed to revert to a more human-looking form. He studied his blood and told Michael that he might be able to develop a cure for him if he were able to procure a sample of the serum that caused his mutation in the first place. [2]
