Jack Frost is a 1997 American horror/comedy film directed by Michael Cooney and written by Cooney and Jeremy Paige. It was produced by Paige and Vicki Slotnick, distributed by A-Pix Entertainment, Inc and released on November 18th, 1997. Taking place in the fictional location of Snowmonton, the plot revolves around a serial killer named Jack Frost (Scott MacDonald) who is fused and mutated together in a freak accident with snow on the ground and comes back as a killer snowman when his execution van crashes into a genetics truck and he sets out to get revenge on the local sheriff who put him away, Sheriff Sam Tiler (Christopher Allport).
