Isabella Hoopes was an American film and television actress. She was born in Chester, Pennsylvania on April 21st, 1893. In 1968, Isabella Hoopes played the role of Bertha Blum in the 1968 true crime film, The Boston Strangler.

In 1969, Isabella played the role of elderly Edith Collins on the 1966-1971 daytime soap opera Dark Shadows. She made four appearances on the series as her character and one appearance as the Ghost of Edith Collins.

Isabella Hoopes passed away in Far Rockaway, Queens, New York on August 7th, 1987 at the age of 94.
