Plot[]
Martin Lomax is a mentally and emotionally disabled adult man who works in a booth in a London parking garage. He is obsessed with the movie The Human Centipede and watches it repeatedly on his laptop at work. He also maintains a scrapbook filled with mementos relating to the film, including printed screenshots and agency headshots of the main cast.
Martin's home life is one of great stress. He lives with his elderly mother, who not only cannot comprehend his obsession with The Human Centipede, but also blames him for his father's imprisonment - a man who allegedly assaulted Martin both physically and emotionally at length. Mrs. Lomax has a psychiatrist named Doctor Sebring come to the house to speak with Martin, but he only makes matters worse by getting inappropriately handsy with Martin.
The only joy Martin receives in life is the furtherance of his dream to recreate the subject of his greatest passion - a human centipede. He leases out a warehouse room and begins kidnapping as well as murdering several people. Those who survive become part of his own custom-designed human centipede, which consists of ten people who are attached mouth-to-anus by way of a staple gun. Martin even tricks a woman named Ashlynn Yennie - an actress from The Human Centipede into visiting him, and she becomes the "A" piece on his twisted creation.
Martin experiments by having his creation trod slowly around the room. He force-feeds Ashlynn chicken soup using a funnel and tube when after she refuses to eat from the dog bowl. Disturbed by Ashlynn's screams, he uses a pair of pliers to remove her tongue. He then injects each of his victims with laxatives, which forces them to evacuate their bowels into the mouth of the person behind them. He wraps his genitals in barbed wire and rapes Kim, who is the back of the centipede. Rachel awakens and runs outside screaming, in labor. She leaps into a victim's car and bears her second child. When Martin pursues her, she stomps on the accelerator, accidentally crushing her baby's skull in the process, and drives away.
The centipede separates into two halves. Furious that his centipede is ruined, Martin kills all the victims by shooting each of them in the head. As he hesitates to kill Ashlynn, she punches him in the crotch and shoves the funnel into his rectum, before dropping his pet centipede into it. Martin fatally stabs her in the neck and staggers out in agony.
Martin is next seen sitting in his parking garage booth watching The Human Centipede.
