His House is a British feature film of the supernatural horror genre, with an emphasis on the haunted house, witch, and ghost subgenres of horror. It was written and directed by Remi Weekes. It was produced by Regency Enterprises in association with BBC Films, Vertigo Entertainment, and Starchild Pictures. It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 27th, 2020. It was released on Netflix on October 30th, 2020. The movie stars Sopé Dìrísù and Wunmi Mosaku who are Sudanese refugees who take up residence in a dilapidated house in England. They are haunted by not only the ghosts of their past, but the lingering presence that resides in their new home.
