The Hills Have Eyes Part II is an American horror film of the grindhouse era. It is the sequel to the 1977 movie The Hills Have Eyes. A quasi-remake of the film was produced in 1984. The movie was written and directed by Wes Craven and produced by Barry Cahn and Peter Locke with Jonathan Debin as associate producer. It was distributed through Castle Hill Productions and released theatrically in the United States on August 2nd, 1985.
