Hershel Rhee is a fictional child and a minor recurring character featured in The Walking Dead comic book series published by Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment. He first appeared in issue #130 in August, 2014. Hershel made his live-action debut in the Walking Dead's ninth season beginning with the episode "A New Beginning"

Hershel Rhee is a toddler and the son of Maggie Greene and her late husband, Glenn. He was born after Glenn's death at the hands of Negan and raised at the Hilltop Colony.

- Baby Hershel was named after his grandfather, Hershel Greene, who was once a part of Rick's group until he was murdered by The Governor.
- In "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be" episode from season seven of The Walking Dead, Rick Grimes has a fantasy about all of the members of his group having an outdoor dinner together. In the scene, Glenn is shown bouncing a baby on his knee. The imagery is soured by the voiceover of Negan saying, "Did you think you were going to grow old together?"
