Hellblazer: Lady Constantine is an American comic book limited series published by DC Comics under their mature readers' Vertigo imprint. It is a spin-off of the ongoing series Hellblazer. The series was published from February to April, 2003 and spanned four issues. The series was written by Andy Diggle and illustrated by Garan Sudzuka with coloring by Patricia Mulvihill and Digital Chameleon and lettering by Robert Solanovic. It was edited by Will Dennis with Zachary Rau as assistant editor. The cover art for the series was illustrated by Phil Noto. All four issues were collected in trade paperback form in March, 2006. The series focuses on Lady Johanna Constantine - the 18th century ancestor to modern-day occultist John Constantine.

Notes & Trivia
- The character of John Constantine was created by writer Alan Moore and artists Rick Veitch and John Totleben. He first appeared in Swamp Thing, Volume 2 #37 in June 1985. The character has since gone on to headline his own comic book series, Hellblazer in 1988.
- This series is officially referred to as Hellblazer Special: Lady Constantine.
- Johanna Constantine first appeared in the pages of Sandman, Volume 2 #13.
- Lady Johanna Constantine is the 18th Century ancestor of John Constantine. She once confronted Dream and Hob Gadling, believing them to be the Devil and the Wandering Jew. Dream hypnotized the Lady Constantine, presented her with an unknown offer in exchange for the rescue his son Orpheus from the dungeons of the aristocrats during the French Revolution.
